We operate our own JUCY shuttle to and from Brisbane Airport. The best part is, it's free! Please find the updated pick up instructions below. The Brisbane Shuttle operates between business hours. 

TO ARRANGE A PICK UP FROM BRISBANE AIRPORT:
Once you have arrived at Brisbane Airport, collected your luggage and cleared customs, please call JUCY on 001800150850 and select option 1 and then option 2 to arrange a shuttle transfer.
DOMESTIC TERMINAL: Exit the terminal, walk across the skywalk and wait on ground level Zone B1/B2.
INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL: Walk to left end of terminal, exit beneath coach departures sign and wait at zone 4.  A green JUCY shuttle bus will collect you and transfer you to our JUCY Brisbane Airport Branch (approx. 9mins/8km).  If you do not have access to a mobile phone please enquire about a public pay phone at the Visitor Information Centre in terminal.

TO ARRANGE A SHUTTLE TO BRISBANE AIRPORT
Once you have dropped off your JUCY wheels to our Brisbane Airport Branch you can jump on our JUCY shuttle bus to the airport.  JUCY recommends you drop off 45 minutes before you need to be at the airport.

Please park inside the gates in front of the JUCY Branch. Return keys in the After Hours Key Return box located in the front right corner of the building. Please phone us on 1800 150 850 and press OPTION 1 then OPTION 2 if you require a shuttle to the airport.
